When a Real Tornado Came to Scotts Valley
Who knew our little town would make national headlines for an actual tornado?
When a tornado touched down in Scotts Valley in December 2024, Bruno's outdoor security cameras captured the incredible moment on video. The footage made its way into national news coverage, putting our little corner of Santa Cruz County in the spotlight.
That unforgettable event inspired us to name our neighborhood bar Tornado Alley — a little piece of Scotts Valley history with a story all its own.
We've been swirling with locals since 2017. We just never expected the weather to join in!
