Cloud 9 Rental
Includes exclusive use of the Cloud 9 rooftop dining deck and fire tables. We want to keep Cloud 9 available for all of our guests, but understand that there may be special occasions when our guests would like to reserve the entire space. Pricing varies depending on the day of the week and time.

Additional Fees
Cleaning fee: $75
Damage deposit: Range is $100-$500, depending on event type - deposit is refundable if no damages occur from event.
White linens: $5 per table (buffet table linens are included in room rental fee)
Dishes & silverware: $150 (rental includes paper plates & plastic utensils at no charge)
Special table & chair set up: Standard set up for banquet room and patio at no charge, if special set-up is desired, additional fee of $100 is required. Please note: if your party moves the furniture for your event, it must be returned to its original place upon check out at the end of your event.
Private bar in The Loft Banquet Room or Cloud 9 Rooftop Deck: $250 fee includes bartender, and set up of two types of draft beer, wine and well drinks (alcohol price is additional charge)
Corkage fee (for wine & champagne only): $10 per bottle
Cake service fee: $1.50 per person
