Catering, Décor & Bar Services
Complimentary Catering Essentials
All in-house catered events include paper plates, paper napkins, and plastic cutlery at no additional charge.
Woodsy Décor & Tableware Package — $150
Includes burlap table runners, eucalyptus greenery runners, eucalyptus centerpieces or table lamps, decorative chargers, dinner plates, linen napkins, and silverware.
Private Mobile Bar — $250
Available in The Loft, The Jim, or Cloud 9. Includes mobile bar setup, dedicated bartender, and breakdown. Draft beer, wine, and well drinks are available; alcoholic beverages are charged separately.
Additional Bartender — $50/hour
Available when additional bar staffing is required.

Cleaning Fee: $75

Refundable Damage Deposit: $100–$500 depending on event type. Refunded if no damage occurs.

White Table Linens: $5 per table. Buffet table linens are included with room rental.

Special Table & Chair Setup: $100. Standard setups are complimentary. Furniture moved by guests must be returned to its original location before checkout.

Corkage: $10 per bottle (wine and champagne only).

Cake Service: $1.50 per guest when our staff cuts and serves the cake.

Outside Desserts: $50; $75 for events with 100 or more guests.
Additional staffing, setup, and special requests may incur additional charges.
Booking Information & Policies
Service Charges & Payments

Service Charge: 20% of the entire event total, including food, beverages, room rental, and additional services.

Sales Tax: 9.75% on applicable charges, including room rental.

Booking Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance.

Final Payment: Remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Reservations & Event Details

Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your written approval of the event proposal and the 50% deposit.

Availability: Event spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates cannot be held without a deposit.

Final Guest Count: Your guaranteed minimum guest count is due one week before your event. Guest counts cannot be reduced after this deadline.

Personalized Proposals: We'll prepare a customized proposal outlining your event space, catering, beverage arrangements, and estimated costs before you commit.
